A. Eligibility for Admission to Examination :

A candidate shall be eligible for the admission to the state Council examination if.

  1. She/He has completed not less than 11 months of the course per year.
  2. 80 % attendance for the theory and practical in each subject and in each clinical area during the academic year. However the total clinical/ field experience prescribed must be completed before the final council exam. and before the issue of diploma. (The diploma shall not be awarded to the student till she/he has completed the clinical/field requirements.)
  3. The overall performance of the student and her/his conduct during the entire academic year must be satisfactory.
  4. The student has to pass in the internal assessment in each subject i.e. both in theory and practical by securing minimum 50% marks separately in each theory and practical.

B. Registration in the Council :

After successful completion of the training, candidate must register herself/ himself in the maharashtra nursing council unless she/he is not allowed to practical.
